TAC Budget Formatter

Upload the Consolidated Budget workbook. The tool reads the color-coded detail tabs (sheet names ending in Rev or Exp — e.g. DL Erica Exp, DL Shane Exp), skipping Consolidated / Roll Up / Board / P&L / reporting tabs, and consolidates columns B–R (line item, funding source, department code, activity code, priority level, and the 12 monthly figures) into a single output file with the source tab and GL section preserved.
